How do i know when my order has been shipped and how long does it take?

We’re down to deliver in  5-7 working days. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll slide into your WhatsApp with the delivery details. On the day of delivery, expect a friendly text from our Down Monster to let you know that your precious goods are en route!

If you have a preferred day or time, let us know—we’re always down to work around your schedule!

Is there a minimum or maximum quantity I can order?

There’s no limit to how much joy you can bring home!
